We hold events throughout the year to include seasonal parties, putt-putt outings, game nights, trips to conventions and our annual charity auction that is our main fundraiser.

​We support our local charities through voluntary fundraisers that support nine different causes. We also sponsor a local middle school student to attend NASA’s Space Camp in Huntsville, Alabama. To that end, we are a 501(c)3 tax exempt organization.

To add some flavor to our endeavors, chapter members have the option of holding fictional positions and rank aboard our ship. Several members participate in role-play writing exercises and develop their "persona" on the ship. All of which is completely voluntary and not required of membership.
